My wife and I couldn't picture going through the process of buying our first house without Tim's assistance. Tim was always available and willing to help us with the trying and puzzling home buying process.
Whether Tim was answering questions during the purchase process or suggesting a good home inspector, his knowledge, easy going manner, and constant professionalism were priceless to us. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were, of course, very excited, but at the same time, we were a little nervous about the adventure that lay ahead.
We really didn’t know where to begin our search or who to contact to help us find our perfect home. My husband and I started asking around and heard from many people that they were very impressed with their experience while working with Tim-which we found out shortly also.

I am happy to write this letter of recommendation for Tim McBrayer. I had the privilege of meeting Tim when he worked with Curtis Media Group a few years ago. I anticipated that he would be like ‘any other salesperson’: forward, pushy, and unconcerned with me growing my business. I found the complete opposite when meeting with Tim. He was none of those things but instead he was caring, interested, and patient.
