No one likes to fill out forms and give information to complete strangers.  And you certainly don't want to be inundated with emails, phone calls, letters, postcards and who knows what else from some Realtor you might have never heard of. I do understand your concerns.

 

So here's my promise to you. If you provide me with a little information I will not share it with anyone else and I promise not to send you a lot of messages that provide useless information.

 

This website and the information and services I provide through it to potential home buyers like you is expensive to provide so my goal is to build a relationship over time with those who come to my site for help. Then when you are ready to buy or sell or you know of someone else that may need a Realtor you will naturally and quickly think of me. Then all of the money I've spent building and maintaining this site will have been worth it.

 

Of course you'll always be able to unsubscribe from my emails but I hope you won't. Read them or delete them but at least receive them just in case some of my news and info turns out to be something you can use - regardless of your home buying or selling status.

 

Now if you think you will want to do new searches in the future then go ahead and set up a custom search where you will get updates when properties come on the market or something changes with a property you are monitoring. It's easy.
